Excellent home-made cooking at this friendly and largely accessible hotel, pub and restaurant. I strongly
recommend the sausages and I'm told the steak pie is good.
A spacious car park, although no disabled bays are marked. Level access into the bar/restaurant area via two double
doors (I need them both open for my chair). Tables are well spaced and there are some round and oblong pedestal tables,
which make it easy to get up close in a wheelchair, and under the table in my case.
There is a fairly small accessible toilet off the bar/restaurant. It was big enough for me to turn around in. Drier
on opposite wall to sink, but I suggested to the owner that he also puts in a paper towel holder adjacent to the sink.
Although, I haven't stayed here, I've seen their accessible bedroom, which has recently been rennovated to include a
spacious bathroom with wet room shower and seat.
